1. The product

The ebook is a digital product delivered as a downloadable PDF file of approximately 580 pages, containing 939 numbered AI prompts organised into 19 parts. No physical item is shipped.

2. Pricing

The current launch offer price is ₹999 (regular price ₹1,999). The price you pay is the price shown on the payment gateway’s checkout page at the time of purchase. We may change prices in future; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by an external payment gateway. Available payment methods, and any charges applied by your bank or payment provider, are determined by the gateway and your bank. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Your use of the checkout is also subject to the payment gateway’s own terms.

4. Delivery and access

After a successful payment, you are redirected to a download page where you can download the ebook PDF. Please download and save the file to your own device promptly. If you do not reach the download page, or the download does not work, contact us — see our Refund Policy for delivery-related issues.

Continued availability of the download link over time is not guaranteed, so please keep your own copy of the file.

5. Licence and permitted use

When you buy the ebook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it and to use the prompts it contains to create images for your own products, your own business, or your clients’ projects.

6. Intellectual property

The ebook, including its text, structure, prompt wording, numbering system and design, is the copyright of GEHNA OFFICIAL. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

7. What you may not do

• Share, upload, forward or distribute the ebook file, or its download link, to anyone else.
• Resell, sublicense, rent or give away the ebook or any part of it.
• Republish the prompts, in whole or substantial part, as your own prompt collection, course, ebook, template pack or similar product — free or paid.
• Remove copyright notices or branding from the ebook.

We may take appropriate action, including legal action, in response to unauthorised redistribution or resale.

8. AI output limitations

The ebook is a practical prompt reference. AI image tools can change product details such as shape, colour, stones, beads, logos, labels, reflections, transparency and texture, and results can vary between generations. You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated image against your original product before publishing, and for making sure any images, text, labels and claims you publish are accurate.

The ebook does not guarantee perfect product reproduction, a specific output resolution (including 4K), or compliance with the image requirements of any marketplace, advertising platform or social network.

9. Third-party AI platforms

The prompts are used with AI image-generation and image-editing tools operated by third parties. We do not control those platforms. Their availability, features, pricing, content policies, output quality and terms of use are outside our control, and can change at any time. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any AI platform you use.

10. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the ebook is provided “as is”, without warranties that it will meet every particular requirement or produce any specific commercial result (such as sales, engagement or approval). To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the ebook. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

11. Not professional advice

The ebook is a photography and prompt reference. It is not legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Product claims, ingredients, specifications and certifications you publish must come from your own verified product information.
