Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is processed when you visit this website, buy the AI Product Photography Prompt Bible ebook, or contact us. This website is operated by GEHNA OFFICIAL.
1. The short version
- This website has no accounts, sign-up forms, newsletters or contact forms.
- We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by an external payment gateway.
- This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics tools, and does not set its own cookies.
2. Information processed when you visit
Like any website, the server that hosts these pages automatically receives technical information needed to deliver them — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the page requested and the date and time of the request. This is handled by our website hosting provider in standard server logs, used for delivering the site, security and troubleshooting.
Fonts: This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and basic browser information. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles this data.
3. Information processed when you buy
When you click “Get the book”, you leave this website and go to our external payment gateway’s checkout page. The payment gateway collects the details needed to process your payment — typically your name, email address, phone number and payment details — under its own privacy policy and terms, which are shown on the checkout page.
The payment gateway may share transaction details with us (for example: your name, email address, phone number, amount paid, transaction ID and payment status) so we can confirm orders, provide support and keep records required by law. We do not receive your full card or bank details.
4. Ebook delivery
After a successful payment, the payment gateway redirects you to our download page. The download page does not ask you for any information. Downloading the ebook file is handled by the server where the file is hosted, which may record standard technical log data as described in section 2.
5. Information you send us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and resolve your request (for example, a download or payment issue).
6. How we use information
- To process and confirm your purchase and deliver the ebook.
- To respond to support, refund and privacy requests.
- To prevent fraud, misuse and unauthorised redistribution of the ebook.
- To keep business, tax and accounting records where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have separately agreed to that.
7. Who processes your information
- Payment gateway — processes your payment and shares order details with us.
- Website hosting provider — hosts these pages and, where applicable, the ebook file.
- Google Fonts — delivers the website’s typefaces.
- Email provider — handles emails you send to our support address.
8. How long we keep information
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and maintain a record of it. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider’s standard retention settings.
9. Your choices and requests
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about this policy. Some records may need to be kept where required by law (for example, transaction records). For data held by the payment gateway, you may also contact the gateway directly.
To make a request, email us via our Contact page with the subject “Privacy request” and, if it relates to a purchase, your transaction ID.
10. Changes to this policy
If the way this website processes information changes (for example, if we add analytics), we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
This page is provided for transparency and general information. It is not legal advice.
